Bills Appliance policies and warranty information

Service Procedures



To schedule a service call in your area, Please call (505) 445-3843 and we will put you on the schedule for the day we are in that area. Remember our service area is very large and we handle calls in the order in which we recieve them.

Returns

We do not accept returns on our reconditioned appliances. Our warranties are for repair or replace only.(unless other arrangements were made)
 
We do however take back parts that are normal stock items. we do not take back opened packages, electrical or special order parts.
 
We also do not give out advise on repair due to strick insurance regulations.
